St. Albert, Alberta – On September 7th, 2016 at approximately 12:30 am, a St. Albert RCMP officer was on patrol when he observed a vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed in the area of Villeneuve Road and St. Albert Trail.
A traffic stop was conducted and it was determined that the lone driver of the vehicle was breaching his release conditions and was therefore arrested.
