Regina Police and Coroner Conduct Death Investigation – UPDATED – Now Homicide

Regina, SK: The Regina Police Service is now regarding the investigation into the death of a deceased male discovered on September 8th, 2016, a homicide investigation. This is the sixth homicide in Regina this year.

On Thursday, September 8th, at approximately 6:25 a.m., police were dispatched to a residence in the 1700 block of Montreal Street in Regina for a report of a deceased male. Police and EMS attended: EMS confirmed the male deceased. The RPS Major Crimes Unit, Forensic Identification Unit, the Coroner’s Office, and uniformed members of the Community Services Division are investigating. The deceased male has been identified as Mackenzie Parker KESHANE, DOB: 1997/01/28 of Regina. Next of kin has been notified.
