Two Charged with Auto Theft and Trafficking in Regina

REGINA-250Regina, Saskatchewan – On September 8, 2016, at approximately 10:15 p.m., police observed a stolen auto traveling eastbound on Dewdney Avenue and Lewvan Drive. Police observed the vehicle parking at a residence on the 1500 block of Princess Street and the suspects, an adult male and an adult female, were taken into custody without incident. A quantity of methamphetamine and cocaine was located on the suspects.

Fifty-one-year-old Allen James DACKOW (DOB: 1965/02/19), of Regina, is charged with:

  • Theft over $5000 [Sec 334(A), CC],
  • Two charges of Traffic in Scheduled Substance [Sec 5(1), CDSA],
  • Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime [Sec 355(B), CC],
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000 [Sec 355(A), CC],
  • Two charges of Fail to Comply with Undertaking [Sec 145(3), CC],
  • Fail to Comply with Probation Officer [Sec 733.1(1), CC].

Twenty-one-year-old Shaquille Jayda JACK (DOB: 1994/12/18), of Sintaluta, SK, is charged with:

  • Two charges of Traffic in Scheduled Substance [Sec 5(1), CDSA],
  • Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime [Sec 355(B), CC],
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000 [Sec 355(A), CC].

DACKOW and JACK will make their first appearance in Provincial Court for these charges today, September 9, 2016, at 2:00 p.m.
