27-Year-Old Daniel MOAR Wanted in Regina for Evading Police – ARRESTED

REGINA-250Regina, Saskatchewan – Twenty-seven year old Daniel Joseph Moar (DOB 1989/07/25) was located and arrested by Police on September 16, 2016, after 9:00 p.m. in the area of the 1300 block of Grace St.


The warrant for Evading Police was executed and Moar has new charges added. He will appear in court on Monday September 19, 2016, at 09:30 hours. Details of the charges will be made available on Monday, September 19th.

The Regina Police Service thanks the public and the media for their concern and assistance. This matter is now concluded.


Police are asking for the public’s assistance in providing information to the whereabouts of a 27 year-old Regina male, Daniel MOAR, who is the subject of a warrant for evading police. Police attempts to locate MOAR have been unsuccessful so far.

daniel-moar-arrestedTwenty-seven year-old Daniel Joseph MOAR (DOB: 1989/07/25), of Regina, is described as male, Aboriginal, with short, straight, black hair, brown eyes, about 6’ 0” tall, weighing about 200 pounds, slim build. MOAR has multiple tattoos: a tribal tattoo on his left abdomen, the name “Clayton J” on the right side of his neck, “LOYALTY” written vertically in stylized calligraphy on his right tricep, and hands in prayer with “Rest in peace Jordan MOAR” on his right inner forearm. MOAR is charged with Flight While Pursued by Peace Officer, contrary to section 249.1(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada. A photo of MOAR accompanies this release.

Members of the public are advised not to approach Daniel MOAR as he may be armed and is considered violent.
