Suspect Caught on Camera Using Credit Card Stolen from Vehicle in Airdrie, Help Police Identify

RCMP-1205Airdrie, Alberta – During the early morning hours of 1:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday August 30th, 2016, a vehicle was entered in the Coopers Crossing area while parked in the owner’s driveway. The suspect stole the owner’s wallet containing several cards including a credit card. The stolen credit card was later fraudulently used at six different locations throughout the City of Airdrie, over $2000.00 worth of purchases were made.

• Taller Caucasian male
• Light Brown hair
• Clean shaven
• Black or navy Pants
• Black Nike short-sleeved shirt with collar
• Black shoes with white laces
• Appears to be 25-30 years of age

Airdrie RCMP would like to remind citizens to ensure your vehicles are properly secured when left. All doors should be locked, windows up, and most importantly never leave any valuables, including garage door openers, inside the vehicle.
