Rash of Vandalism to Vehicles in St. Albert, Alberta

St. Albert, Alberta – On Saturday, September 24, 2016 St. Albert RCMP responded to three calls for service regarding smashed windows on vehicles. The vandalism occurred during what would appear to be the morning hours of Saturday, September 24, 2016. The crimes occurred in the areas of Ironwood Drive and Boudreau Road.


The first reported incident occurred between the hours of 07:23 A.M. and 7:40 A.M. on Saturday, September 24, 2016, a resident on Boudreau Road reported finding the drivers side window of his Mazda smashed.

Between the hours of 8:58 A.M. and 09:30 A.M. on Saturday, September 24, a resident on Ironwood Drive reported finding the passenger window on her Volkswagon Tiguan had been shattered.

The third incident was reported to police at 9:00 A.M. where the resident on Ironwood Drive last saw his vehicle window intact at 10:00 P.M. September 23, 2016 and at 9:00 A.M. September 24, 2016 discovered the drivers side rear window of his Ford Van had been smashed.
