Red Deer RCMP investigate robbery at Brown’s Social House

Red Deer, Alberta – Red Deer RCMP are investigating a robbery early this morning at Brown’s Social House where robbers surprised staff when they broke in by smashing a door.


RCMP responded to a report of a robbery at Brown’s Social House in the Clearview Ridge neighbourhood at 5 am on September 27. Staff members were working in the kitchen when a man wielding a crowbar smashed the northwest door and entered the restaurant. As staff departed through the back door, they saw a second man waiting by a silver car. The suspects removed a safe with unknown contents from the restaurant.

The first suspect is described as approximately 6 feet tall with a heavy build, wearing a skull mask, a grey hoodie and blue jeans. The second suspect was shorter, with brown hair.

No one was injured in this robbery. RCMP continue to investigate and will issue updates as more information becomes available.
