Suspect Wanted for Passing Photocopied Counterfeit $100 Bill in Edmonton

Edmonton, Alberta – On May 29, 2016 at approximately 8:12 AM, this suspect entered a business located at 96 Street and Ellerslie Road SW.


This male approached the till, and purchased a $100.00 pre-paid Visa card, as well as some other items. The male used a photocopied $100.00 Canadian bill to pay for a portion of the transaction.

A short time later, at approximately 8:24 AM the same day, a female suspect entered the same store and purchased $750.00 worth of pre-paid Visa cards, with more photocopied (counterfeit) $100.00 Canadian currency. The photocopied currency had the same serial number that the suspect male used earlier.
