Francois (Frank) Lesieur, 32, faces four charges in Toronto Sexual Assault investigations

Toronto, Ontario – The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in four recent Sexual Assault investigations.


It is alleged that:

– a 15-year-old girl was sexually assaulted by the same man on Monday, September 12, 2016, and Friday, September 16, 2016, while walking to the subway at Yonge Street/Eglinton Avenue (see previous news release)

– a 14-year-old girl was sexually assaulted on Friday, September 16, 2016, at the Yonge Eglinton Centre (see previous news release)

– a 16-year-old girl was sexually assaulted on Friday, September 16, 2016, while in the TTC station at Yonge Street and Bloor Street (see previous news release)

On Sunday, September 25, 2016, Francois (Frank) Lesieur, 32, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:

1) four counts of Sexual Assault

During the course of the investigation, police received numerous calls from the public that assisted with this investigation. Police would like to thank the public for their assistance.

Police are concerned there may be other victims.
