Three charged with stolen property and drug trafficking

Lloydminster, Saskatchewan – On September 21, 2016, Lloydminster RCMP conducted an investigation into a group of people involved in trafficking stolen property and drugs. Arrests were made when an individual attempted to sell a stolen item, and a search warrant was executed in the 4200 block of 41 Street. Police recovered a wide range of stolen property including electronics, jewelry and tools. Several different types of drugs were recovered including Mushrooms, fentanyl, and methamphetamine.

Dana Larson, 21 years old from Lloydminster, has been charged with; Possession of a controlled substance Sec. 4(1) CDSA x2 and possession of property obtained by crime Sec 355(b) CC x4, Trafficking in stolen property Sec 355.2 CC Possession for the purpose of trafficking Sec 5(2) CDSA, Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose Sec 88 CC.

Lee Daigle, 26 years old from Lloydminster, has been charged with; Possession of a controlled substance Sec. 4(1) CDSA x2 and possession of property obtained by crime Sec 355(b) CC x2, possession of property obtained by crime Sec 355(a) CC x2

Jason Callan,41 years old from Lloydminster, has been charged with, Possession of property obtained by crime Sec 355(b) CC x2, Trafficking in stolen property Sec 355.2 CC, Possession for the purpose of trafficking Sec 5(2) CDSA, Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose Sec 88 CC.

LARSON and DIAGLE have been released on conditions, while CALLAN remains in custody. All three are scheduled to appear in Saskatchewan provincial court on October 17, 2016.
