Update – White Oak Road Robbery in London, Ontario

London, Ontario – Members of the London Police Service Criminal Investigation Division continue to investigate a robbery on White Oak Road on Wednesday, September 28, 2016.


Two suspects have been identified and charged with a number of Criminal Code offences in relation to the incident. Jezreel Moxam, 29 years of age, of Hamilton and Elias Akhi, 23 years of age, of Guelph have been charged with forcible entry, robbery, and kidnapping, in addition to a number of other related offences, including firearms offences.

On Saturday, October 1, 2016 Elias Akhi was arrested by members of the Guelph Police Service and returned to London. He has been remanded into custody and will appear in court on October 3, 2016.

Jezreel Moxam (see attached photograph) remains at large. He is described as male, black with a dark complexion, 5ft11in tall and weighing approximately 218lbs. He has black hair tied in cornrow style braids.

A third unidentified suspect (see attached photograph) is described as male, black, approximately 25 years of age, 5”9-5”10, 180-190lbs, with long braided hair, dressed in black clothing and wearing dark-rimmed eyeglasses.

A fourth suspect is now believed to have been involved. He is described only as male, white, with no further descriptors available.

These individuals should be considered armed and dangerous and, if seen, they should not be approached.
