Pardeep Chouhan, 34 wanted for second degree murder, Toronto – ARRESTED

Toronto, Ontario – On Saturday, October 1, 2016, at 2:42 a.m., officers from 23 Division responded to a See Ambulance call at BTI Cartage, located at 325 Humber College Boulevard.

It is alleged that:


Maninder Singh Sandhu, 31, of Brampton, was employed as a truck driver for a trucking company in Toronto

– on Friday, September 30, 2016, at approximately 4:30 p.m., he was shot in the truck parking lot where he stored his tractor truck

– he was shot by a man who is employed by the same trucking company

– he succumbed to his injuries and was discovered early Saturday, October 1, 2016, by his family

The cause of death has been determined to be multiple gunshot wounds to the torso.

This investigation has been greatly assisted by Maninder’s community and by his co-workers in the trucking business.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Pardeep Chouhan, 34, of Brampton. He is wanted for:

1. Second Degree Murder

He is described as having a light brown complexion, 6’0″, 180 lbs., black straight hair and a scar beside his right eye.

He is believed to be armed and dangerous and does have access to firearms. Police are advising the public to not approach him, immediately call 9-1-1 and report his location and description to the police. He is believed to still be in the GTA .
