Kings District RCMP investigates fatal collision

Centreville, Nova Scotia – Kings District RCMP is investigating a fatal single-vehicle collision that occurred yesterday at 10:29 a.m. The vehicle left the roadway and struck a pole. The driver of the vehicle, an 83-year-old woman from Centreville, was pronounced dead at the scene.


An RCMP Traffic Analyst was called to the scene to conduct an investigation into the cause of the collision. Highway 359 was closed between Thorpe Rd. and Highway 221. It re-opened near 7 p.m. last night.
