RCMP seek public assistance to identify attempted theft suspect

Millet, Alberta – On September 29, 2016 at 3:42 p.m., Wetaskiwin RCMP responded to a complaint of a young male suspect trying to open a cash till at a local bottle depot.


The suspect was making efforts to get into the till, and declared that he needed money. He was scared off by an employee and ultimately left with no money, and without any further incident. The suspect was wearing a motorcycle helmet and left on a small motorcycle. A further description was not provided.
