Lloydminster, Alberta – On Friday October 7, 2016 Lloydminster General Investigations Section executed a search warrant in the 5200 block of 35 Street. With the assistance of General Duty members and the Police Service Dog team, 6 people were located in the residence and taken into custody. The search warrant revealed evidence of drug trafficking in addition to the following items: two rifles, one confirmed stolen, the second believed to be stolen, 4.5 grams of methamphetamine packaged in .5 gram bags and a total of 25 grams of cocaine in various weights packaged for sale.
As a result of this investigation Amber EYBEN (CAWTHORPE) age 33, Jared REIDEL age 27, Jazmyne NIGHT age 25 and Dorion TAYLOR age 30 all of Lloydminster are charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine, possession for the purpose of trafficking methamphetamine, possession of a firearm obtained by crime, possession of morphine, possession of oxycodone, unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of stolen property under $5000 and possession of break in instruments.
Shauna BLUEEYES age 32 of LLoydminster is charged with possession of cocaine and breaching her release conditions. She was released from custody with a court date of December 13, 2016.
REIDEL is additionally charged with 9 counts of breaching release conditions, he was remanded in custody with his next appearance being on October 18, 2016 in Lloydminster.
NIGHT is additionally charged with 2 counts of breaching release conditions, she was granted bail and will next appear on November 1, 2016.
EYBEN (CAWTHORPE) and TAYLOR were granted bail and will also appear next on November 1, 2016.
