Police investigate armed robbery in Lower Sackville

Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia – Last evening, at 8:30 p.m., a man with a weapon entered a gas station on Sackville Dr. and demanded cash. He was given some by the attendant and fled the scene on foot. The man is described as white, with a slim build, about 6-foot tall, and was wearing a dark coloured hoodie, jeans, and black sun glasses. He had a goatee.

Police were on the scene quickly and were assisted by a Halifax Regional Police K-9 Unit. The file is now being investigated by the Integrated General Investigation Section. The investigation is ongoing.
