Police Looking to Reunite Snowboard with Proper Owner

High River, Alberta – On October 16th, 2016 at approximately 4:00 pm, a Good Samaritan attended the High River RCMP Detachment to turn in a snowboard that was found on High Park Drive N.W. It was stated that the snowboard fell off a black pick-up truck that was passing through the area.

Anyone who believes the RCMP may have recovered their property is asked to present themselves, along with the file number listed below, at the High River Detachment during regular business hours. An investigator will then need to make verifications of proof of ownership prior to returning the item in question.

On October 23rd, 2016 at approximately 6:00 pm, High River RCMP received a call regarding a found medical scooter near the area of Homestead Estates and 2nd avenue S.E. The scooter was seized and bought to the High River Detachment for safe keeping until it is returned to its rightful owner.
