Male Attacked After Offering Male and Female a Ride

Grande Prairie, Alberta – On Monday, October 24, 2016 at approximately 12:06 AM, Grande Prairie RCMP responded to a report of a robbery in the area of 11507 99 Street parking lot. A male victim reported he was attacked by a male and female who he had offered a ride. The Victim was choked and threatened with a weapon but managed to flee the vehicle. The two suspects fled in the victim’s vehicle along with some of his personal property. Police located the stolen vehicle a short time later however no suspects were located.

The male suspect is described as:

• First Nations
• Heavy set
• Approximately 5’9
• Wearing eye glasses, flat brimmed baseball hat, white sneakers and a dark puffy jacket

The female suspect is described as:

• 24-27 years old
• First Nations
• Long brown hair, tied in a pony tail
• Black hoodie
• Black yoga pants
• Dark shoes
• Tattoo on her neck

The Grande Prairie RCMP, General Investigations Section, Police Dog Services and Forensic Identification Section continue to investigate.
