Suspect Photos Released in Theft From Stettler Walmart

Stettler, Alberta – As a result of several responses from the public to a previous media release, Stettler RCMP were able to identify one of the women responsible for this incident as 32yr old Janine STEWART. On November 1st, 2016, Blackfalds RCMP located and arrested STEWART who is currently facing charges of Theft Under $5000 and Failure to Comply with Conditions. Her court appearance in Stettler is January 12th, 2017.

BACKGROUND:

On Sunday October 2nd, 2016 at approximately 2130hrs a theft occurred at the Stettler Walmart valuing in at $1200.00. Three female suspects collected various items and placed them into totes inside a shopping cart. Two of the female suspects went out a fire exit shortly after a grey 4 door sedan pulled up (driven by the other female suspect). The female suspects placed the items they collected inside the vehicle then drove off.

Suspect Descriptions:

Suspect 1: skinny, bleach blonde hair, dressed in black jacket and sneakers.
Suspect 2: heavier set body, reddish brown hair pulled up, wearing a pink tie dye hoodie.
Suspect 3: Wore all black, brown long hair
