RCMP Banff Investigates Mischief to Pedestrian Bridge

Banff, Alberta – On October 26th, 2016, Banff RCMP received a complaint of Mischief to the Pedestrian Bridge in the Town of Banff. The Mischief is believed to have occurred sometime in the early morning hours on October 26th, 2016. It’s believed that the damage was caused by the use of an unknown tool to pry at the hand rail and damage the lighting system. The damage is estimated at over $30,000.

Investigators ask that anyone with information regarding this crime or the identity of those responsible contact Banff RCMP at 403.762.2226.
