Theft and Mischief to Genesis Place in Airdrie – SUSPECTS IDENTIFIED

Airdrie, Alberta – On October 17, 2016, at approximately 1:30 p.m., Airdrie RCMP was dispatched to Genesis Place for the theft of a fire extinguisher.

Four male suspects were observed casing out a fire extinguisher before deciding to steal it by placing it in a backpack. They were seen leaving the premises through the North entrance of the arena, with the fire extinguisher still in their possession. The fire extinguisher was also used to cause damage to the property.

Airdrie RCMP is asking anyone who may have information regarding this occurrence to contact the detachment or Cst. Tremblay at 403-945-7200.
