Three people arrested during drug seizure

Campbellton, New Brunswick – Two women and a man were arrested following a recent drug seizure in Campbellton, N.B.

On November 25, 2016, at approximately 1 p.m., members of the Campbellton and Northeast District RCMP executed a search warrant at a residence on Aberdeen Street. During the search police seized a quantity of prescription pills, as well as electronic devices, and Canadian currency.

Two women, aged 51 and 60 years old, and a 59-year-old man, all from Campbellton, were arrested at the scene. All three were released and are expected to appear in court at later dates to face related charges.

The investigation is ongoing.
