Multiple Arrested in Brandon, Manitoba Including Domestic Assault

Brandon, Manitoba – A 32 year old man with no fixed address was arrested for domestic assault after officers attended to a complaint of a disturbance at a residence in the 200 block of 5th St. A woman at that residence told officers her ex-boyfriend was there and had pushed her. He was arrested and lodged at Brandon Correctional Center to appear in court on Tuesday morning.

Other Arrests

A 34-year-old Brandon man was arrested for breaching an undertaking on Monday morning. He was at the residence of a woman he is banned from communicating with and has other conditions to not attend the residence and to stay 50 meters away from her. He appeared in court on Monday afternoon.

A 26 year old woman from Brandon will appear in court in February on a charge of theft under $5000. She was arrested by the loss prevention officer at a business on Victoria Ave on Monday and released to appear in court.
