Peace Regional RCMP Robbery at the Grimshaw Hotel, police seek public assistance

Grimshaw, Alberta – On Sunday November 13, 2016 RCMP members from the Peace Regional RCMP responded to a robbery at the Grimshaw Hotel and Bar.


At approximately 11:30 pm a masked male entered the liquor store wearing a balaclava and sunglasses to disguise his face and demanded money. The male is believed to be aboriginal, approximately 6 feet tall and weighing 220 pounds.

The suspect was wearing all black clothing and fled the bar with a large quantity of cash in a black backpack.
