Hit & Run with Injuries in Medicine Hat, Police Asking for Public Assistance

Medicine Hat, Alberta – On February 8, 2017 at about 11:10am a female was seated in her vehicle in the parking lot next to McKenzie Drugs on North Railway St SE and 3 ST SE, Medicine Hat, when her vehicle was struck from behind by a pickup truck. The driver of the truck immediately fled the scene causing several traffic violations in the process. The occupant of the parked car was injured as a result of the collision.

The suspect vehicle is described as a gold or beige 2003-2005 Chevrolet or GMC extended cab pickup and should have damage to the front passenger side. The suspect driver is described as having a small build, possibly female, wearing a pink hat and could barely see over the steering wheel.
