26-year-old male from Prince Albert charged with trafficking methamphetamine

Prince Albert, Saskatchewan – One male was arrested on drug charges following an arrest early Monday morning.

At 1:42 a.m. officers responded to a complaint of a disturbance at an apartment building located at 900 Block Central Avenue. Officers arrived and questioned two males at the building.

One youth questioned was found to be wanted on outstanding warrants and was arrested.

The 17-year-old youth from Prince Albert is facing two breaches of court orders. (Information #991004436)

The second male was also arrested on breach of curfew. The suspect when searched was found with a small container, containing 12 small baggies of methamphetamine on his person. The 26-year-old male from Prince Albert is charged with trafficking methamphetamine (Information #991004437).

Both males will respond to charges in provincial court today.
