Leduc RCMP seek public assistance in identifying two robbery suspects

Leduc, Alberta – Leduc RCMP have obtained video photographs of two suspects who robbed a liquor store on March 18, 2017. They are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying these males.

At 1:30 a.m., RCMP were dispatched to a complaint of an armed robbery which had just occurred. Two males came into a liquor store with what appeared to be a large stick and threatened the staff with it. While one male brandished the stick, the other male stole liquor. Both males then fled on foot. Patrols were made by the RCMP and they were not able to locate the suspects.

The suspects are described as follows:

Suspect #1

  • Aboriginal male
  • Approximately 6’3” tall
  • Tattoos, pierced eyebrow
  • Wearing a ball cap, white shirt, jogging pants

Suspect #2

  • Dark toned skin
  • Approximately 5’7” / 5’8” tall
  • Scar on eye area of face
  • Wearing a face bandana with skeleton, black jacket, black pants
