Airdrie Rural RCMP Investigates Property Theft in Delacour

Delacour, Alberta – Airdrie Rural RCMP are asking the public for information to help identify three persons involved in a theft from a rural property near Delacour of Rocky View County.

On Friday, April 14, 2017, at approximately 10:00 pm, four males entered a rural property near Delacour and attempted to steal vehicles, tools, and other property. Airdrie Rural RCMP were dispatched to the area and were able to locate a stolen vehicle that had got stuck near the property. RCMP Police Dog Service was called in to support investigators resulting in the apprehension and arrest of one male subject whom had fled from the vehicle. The identity of the three other subjects involved is still unknown. Surveillance photographs of two of the suspects are being released by Airdrie Rural RCMP in an attempt to have them identified.

Male Suspect 1 is described as:

  • Caucasian, mid-20’s, and thin
  • short dark hair and clean shaven
  • wearing a light coloured coat with hood, dark gloves, jeans, and light coloured shoes

Male Suspect 2 is described as:

  • Caucasian, athletic build
  • Dark jacket with hood
