Elk Point RCMP Investigate Theft of $150,000 of Telecommunication Equipment

Elk Point, Alberta – On April 28, 2017, at approximately 12:25 p.m., Elk Point RCMP responded to a theft from motor vehicle complaint north of Elk Point. Sometime overnight, suspect(s) broke into the victim’s pickup truck and removed a quantity of high value telecommunications equipment.

A number of laptop computer, and a large volume of keys were stolen from the truck. Total value of the telecommunications equipment is estimated at $150,000.
