Three Persons Facing Drug Charges in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan

Prince Albert, Saskatchewan – On June 7, 2017 at 10:27 p.m. a vehicle was pulled over by police with the occupants inside that were believed to have outstanding warrants. The identity of the males were confirmed and all three were arrested. One male had a jacket containing 5 empty capsules and a clear baggie with a brown substance and a knife which was seized by police. There was also a bag of methamphetamine located on the floor of the rear of the vehicle.

A 31-year-old male from Prince Albert is charged with possession of proceeds of property (Canadian currency) not exceeding $5,000 (Information #991014765).

A 23-year-old male from Prince Albert is charged with unlawfully possessing a controlled substance methylenedioxyanphetamine, being at large of his recognizance and breaching a probation order (Information #991014766).

A 31-year-old male from Prince Albert is charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance (Information #991014764).

All three will face charges in Prince Albert Provincial Court today.
