17-Year-Old Winnipeg Male in Critical Condition After Being Stabbed Multiple Times

Winnipeg, Manitoba – On June 14, 2017 at approximately 9:40 p.m., a 17-year-old male was walking in the 200 block of Oakland Ave. when he was confronted by at least two people.

The victim was struck in the upper extremities and then stabbed in the upper body several times. Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Services attended and the victim was transported to hospital in critical condition. He has since been upgraded to stable condition.

No arrests have been made. The investigation continues.
