RCMP seizes drugs, firearms and cash following search of Nova Scotia home

Marriott’s Cove, Lunenburg County, Nova Scotia – On June 14, the South Shore Integrated Street Crime Enforcement Unit (SCEU), assisted by RCMP Lunenburg District General Investigation Section (GIS) and Criminal Intelligence Service of Nova Scotia (CISNS) searched a home in Marriott’s Cove, near Chester.

As a result of the search, police seized a quantity of cocaine, firearms and cash.

William Harold Rhyno, 47, and Lisa STEVENS-RHYNO, 47, both of Marriott’s Cove, have both been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking.

Both appeared in Bridgewater Provincial Court today, and were released. They are scheduled to return to court on July 19.
