Edmonton Police investigate suspicious death after male found dead in parking lot

Edmonton, Alberta – The Edmonton Police Service Homicide Section is investigating a suspicious death after a male was found dead in a parking lot.

At approximately 12:30 a.m. this morning, Sunday, June 18, 2017, police were called to the area of 125 Street and 132 Avenue after a passerby located two males with obvious signs of trauma. One male was pronounced deceased on scene by EMS and the other male remains in hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

No suspects are in custody at this time.

No further information is available as the EPS Homicide Section continues to investigate.
