Shoplifter in Custody and Multiple Domestics Mediated by Camrose Police

Camrose, Alberta – Police attended a west end business after being advised that staff had a shoplifter in custody. Police determined that the female also had warrants out of Edmonton for theft. A 35 year old female was charged with theft and possession of stolen property and released on two separate Promise to Appears.

A youth was caught stealing an item at a west end business. Police gave the youth an official warning and issued the youth a trespass notice not to return to the store.

An emergency protection order was issued and served to a male who was becoming increasingly threatening to his female partner. A safety plan was also implemented with the involved female.

Police attended to three separate domestic disturbances where advice was provided and situations were mediated.
