Camrose, Alberta – A traffic stop resulted in the male driver being arrested on an outstanding warrant for theft. He was later released on a promise to appear.
A traffic stop was conducted and the male driver failed to produce his driver’s licence. Once Police identified the male it was determined that he had an outstanding bylaw warrant. The 36 year old was arrested and released on a promise to appear. The intoxicated 28 year old male passenger was also identified and arrested on his outstanding warrants. When sober he was released on a promise to appear.
Police responded to a domestic disturbance involving a male and a female partner. While Police were speaking with the male at the residence he continued to yell and then became aggressive by lunging at the female. The male was taken to the ground by Police at which time he then assaulted one of the officers. Police gained control of the male and he was arrested and charged with breaching conditions of his recognizance and resisting arrest. The 18 year old male was released in the morning on a promise to appear with conditions.
Another traffic stop resulted in a 31 year old male being arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was later released on a promise to appear.
