2 Male Suspects in Medicine Hat Allegedly Damage 30 Vehicles – UPDATED

Medicine Hat, Alberta – During the evening of June 28 and early morning hours of June 29 approximately 30 vehicles were damaged by 2 male suspects. Windows were smashed out of the vehicles and in some cases, property stolen from within. The investigation has revealed that a stolen truck was used by the two suspects to carry out the damage and thefts. The truck was stolen on June 28 from within the City.

The Service is asking for assistance in locating the following vehicle.

A dark blue 2007 extended cab Ford F150 with Alberta Plate BPM-3033 (though this could have been replaced with another stolen plate). Truck has a “Harwood Ford Trucks” sticker on the back window and a “Big S Swabbing Ltd.” Sticker on the tailgate.

Two male Caucasian suspects are being sought, both have slender to medium builds and medium height and may be 20-30 years old . One of the males has a cut to the right forearm.

Anyone with information should call police immediately.


The stolen dark blue 2007 Ford F150 has been recovered by Strathmore RCMP, shortly after 5 PM on Thursday, June 29, 2017. Two male occupants have been arrested in relation to the vehicle and its’ contents.

Medicine Hat Police Service is currently working with Strathmore RCMP in an attempt to connect the individuals to the rash of vehicle mischiefs/thefts within Medicine Hat.
