Camrose Police Charge Male for Forging Ex-Wife’s Signature on Mortgage Document

Camrose, Alberta – A west end business apprehended a shoplifter after observing the female placing an item in her purse and then proceed through the cashier’s till without making payment. The 52 year old woman was charged with theft and possession of stolen property and issued an appearance notice.

Police mediated a dispute between a tenant and a landlord who had differences in opinion regarding damages to the property and how much damage deposit should be withheld.

A female reported to Police that her ex-husband had forged her signature on a mortgage renewal application. The husband attended Police headquarters where he was charged with forgery and uttering a forged document. The 40 year old male released on a promise to appear with conditions.

Police are investigating after a female advised she rented a U-Haul trailer for a friend who then failed to return the rental as per the rental agreement.

Police mediated a property dispute between a couple involved in a separation.
