RCMP requests public’s help identifying suspects in theft on the Salmon River Road in Valley, Nova Scotia

Valley, Nova Scotia – Colchester District RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two male suspects in a break and enter that took place at the Valley Variety Store on the Salmon River Road in Valley, Colchester County.

On June 23, at approximately 4 a.m., a male suspect used a hammer to smash out the front window of the store. He entered the store through the hole in the window and left with a cash register, a quantity of lottery tickets and cigarettes. A second suspect waited outside of the store. A few lottery tickets were later cashed at two separate stores in East Hants.
