Saskatoon, Saskatchewan – Saskatoon Police responded to Royal University Hospital Friday morning for a report of an injured male suffering from a stab wound.
A 33 year old male victim had been in a physical altercation with a male suspect in the 600 block of Idylwyld Drive north at approximately 4:00 a.m., June 30, 2017. The altercation resulted in the victim being stabbed in the forearm by the suspect. The victim then made his way to RUH where it was determined his injuries were not life threatening.

Saskatoon Police are investigating a stabbing that occurred on Jamieson Street early Thursday morning after receiving a report of an injured male at Royal University Hospital.
Police determined that on June 29, 2017 at approximately 8:20 a.m., the 38 year old victim was walking down Jamieson Street when he was approached by a male suspect who was holding a knife and demanded cash. When the victim stated he had no money the suspect stabbed him in the leg and stole his wallet.
The victim made his way to Royal University Hospital. His injuries were determined to be non-life threatening.
The suspect is described as being a Caucasian male, approximately 40 years old with tan skin, shoulder-length brown hair, green eyes and large sideburns. He was wearing a green windbreaker with an “Exhaust” brand logo on the front.
