Suspended Driver, Gas & Dash & Open Liquor in Camrose

Camrose, Alberta – Police mediated a situation between two males who each had made threats to harm the other. Both males almost simultaneously contacted Police concerned that the other party might act out the threat. Both parties were warned not to have contact with each other.

A traffic stop resulted in a male being charged with driving while suspended and his vehicle was seized.

A gas station contacted Police after the driver of a white Ford van filled up the vehicle with fuel and then left without making any attempt to make payment. The vehicle did not have a licence plate.

A west end business contacted Police after apprehending two youths who they caught shop lifting. Police issued the youth verbal warnings, served them trespass notices not to enter the store and released them to their parents.

The male driver of a vehicle at a traffic stop was determined to have a form 21 warrant out of Edmonton for operating a vehicle without insurance. He was arrested, lodged in cells and later released after a family member paid his outstanding fine.

A resident contacted Police early in the morning after hearing male voices in or near her backyard. Police attended and located the males a short distance away. One of the males was carrying open liquor and he was charged accordingly.
