Camrose, Alberta – July 24th, 2017 – A local bar requested assistance with a male who was smoking inside the business. The male refused to cooperate and uttered threats to staff. Police attended and the male continued to be belligerent and resisted his arrest. The 22 year old male from Alliance was charged with public intoxication, resist arrest, uttering threats, refusing to leave a licensed premise and smoking in a public place. The male was later released on a promise to appear with conditions not to attend the bar. Two hours later the same bar contacted Police when the male returned. He was once again arrested and charged with breaching his conditions. He was held in custody until morning and served with a second release document.
Police received a 911 call from a male who required assistance with his fiancée. Police attended and determined that the female had smashed a window in the residence and had punched the male in the face. The 27 year old female was arrested and charged with assault and mischief and is in custody waiting on a bail hearing.
July 23rd, 2017 – A male reported that a female was in his neighbourhood and was looking under vehicles and into people’s houses. The female was located and taken home to her proper residence.
Police received a complaint of a disturbance in the north end of Camrose. Upon arrival a male was located on the front lawn with a bloody nose. A second male was located in the garage of the residence and he provided a name of Roy Bosse. After further investigation it was determined that the male provided a false name. After conducting checks with his proper name, it was found that he had ten warrants for his arrest. He was also charged with obstructing a police officer.
