Coronation RCMP Investigate Mischief near Wind Farm in Halkirk

Halkirk, Alberta – Sometime between July 17 and July 18, 2017, a firearm was discharged at numerous road signs near the Capital Power Wind Turbine site T50. The site is located on Township road 382, just east of Highway 855, near Halkirk, Alberta.

Neighbourhood inquiries and video surveillance have identified a grey Chevrolet truck with an Alberta Farm license plate in the area, with unknown persons approaching the turbine sites.
