Female Robbery Suspect Points Handgun at Store Clerk and Demands Money

Leduc, Alberta – The Leduc RCMP in consultation with the General Investigation Section, are investigating an armed robbery which occurred on July 22 at approximately 6:30 a.m. at a retail business in Leduc. A female suspect pointed a handgun at the store clerk and demanded money before fleeing.

The store clerk was not injured, and the suspect made off with an undisclosed amount of money.

The female suspect is described as:

  • 5’6” tall and skinny
  • Wearing a ball cap, grey hoodie, light blue jeans and a multi coloured mask covering her mouth and nose.

A security video has been obtained which shows a photo of the suspect female. Other security video leads RCMP to believe that the suspect may have departed the area in a red 4-door sedan.

The RCMP are looking for public assistance in identifying the female in the attached photo.
