High Risk Search Warrant Executed by Prince Albert Police Service

Prince Albert, Saskatchewan – Three people are facing numerous charges following the execution of a high-risk search warrant at a residence in Prince Albert Tuesday afternoon.

Members of the Special Weapons and Tactical Team (SWAT) assisted with the warrant following an investigation by members of the Prince Albert Integrated Street Enforcement Team (ISET).

At approximately 12:30 p.m., July 25, 2017 the search warrant was executed on a residence in the 2300 Block of 2nd Avenue West. Once inside the residence two males and one female were arrested without incident. A search of the residence was conducted and police located a shot gun, two .22 caliber rifles, various calibers of ammunition, $560 cash, methamphetamine and evidence of drug trafficking.

A 27 year old male, 24 year old male and 22 year old female all from Prince Albert are charged with numerous firearm and drug related charges.

All three accused will make their first court appearance in Prince Albert Provincial Court today.

The Prince Albert ISET team is made up of member from the Prince Albert Police Service and Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
