Police requesting public’s assistance regarding assault on a man in Gaultois, Newfoundland and Labrador

Harbour Breton, Newfoundland and Labrador – At approximately 12:30 a.m. on July 30, 2017, Harbour Breton RCMP responded to a complaint of an assault on a man at the festival in Gaultois, Newfoundland and Labrador.

The RCMP investigation revealed a 25-year-old man received serious injuries while celebrating Gaultois Day on the government wharf. He was transported to hospital in Grand Falls-Windsor where he remains recovering from his injuries.
