Two Charged In Weapons Offence Investigation

Regina, Saskatchewan – The Regina Police Service has charged two adult males in relation to the weapons offence that occurred at approximately 10:45p.m. on Saturday, August 12, 2017 in the area of Victoria Avenue and Wallace Street. The incident resulted in three adult males being sent to hospital with serious injuries.

Joel ALLARY (DOB: 1998/11/17) has been charged with attempted murder (section 239) and breach of an officer’s undertaking (section 145(5.1) of the Criminal Code of Canada). Brandon Cole BITTERNOSE (1999/05/12) has been charged with attempted murder (section 239) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
