Muskoday Male Charged with Impaired Driving in Prince Albert

Prince Albert, Saskatchewan – August 31, 2017 at 12:57 a.m. police were dispatched to a parking lot on 3400 Block 2nd Avenue West on a Reported Impaired Driver (RID) complaint.

Officers approached the parked vehicle and attempted to talk to the driver who had visible appearances of intoxication. The driver refused to provide a drivers license or respond to questions and was arrested. The driver was taken back to cells and refused to comply with breathalyzer tests.

The 43-year-old male from Muskoday, Saskatchewan is charged with refusal to provide a breath sample for an approved screening device and operating a motor vehicle while disqualified from doing so (Information #991024231).

The suspect will make his first appearance in Prince Albert Provincial Court today.
