39 Year-Old Male Charged With Firearm Offences in Prince Albert

Prince Albert, Saskatchewan – One person arrested and a firearm seized after a successful Integrated Street Enforcement Team (ISET) investigation.

A search warrant was executed by ISET at 11:10 a.m. on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at a residence in Prince Albert on the 1600 Block of 17 Street West.

One suspect was located at the residence and arrested. The residence was searched and a .270 rifle and a large amount of ammunition was located.

The 39-year-old from Prince Albert is charged with seven firearms related offenses and one charge of failing to comply with his recognizance to not possess firearms, ammunition or other weapons.

The Integrated Street Enforcement Team is made up of members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and the Prince Albert Police Service.
