Grande Prairie, Alberta – At approximately 10:15 AM on Friday, February 16, Grande Prairie RCMP responded to three separate collisions involving semi-trucks on Highway 40 approximately 45 km south of Grande Prairie.
One male suffered injuries and was transported to hospital via STARS Air Ambulance.
Highway 40 is now clear for travel, however, please proceed with caution as a crew remains on scene cleaning oil.
All possible contributing factors related to these collisions are being considered and the collisions remain under investigation.

RCMP, Fire and emergency medical services are on scene. Please expect lengthy delays if you are travelling on Highway 40.
