Police investigating fatal collision in southeast Edmonton

Edmonton, Alberta – The Edmonton Police Service is investigating a fatal two-vehicle collision that took place in a Millwoods neighbourhood this morning, Friday, Sept. 14, 2018.

It was reported to police that a Suzuki motorcycle was travelling southbound on Millwoods Road when it was struck by a dark blue GMC Terrain travelling northbound that had reportedly crossed the centre line.

EMS responded; however, the 58-year-old female driver of the motorcycle succumbed to her injuries at the scene. The 45-year-old male driver of the Terrain did not sustain any injuries.
